2. Account Creation

To access and use the features of Chessodoro, you must create an account. During the account creation process, you will be required to provide a valid email address and password. Account creation is mandatory to use the platform.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Chessodoro for lawful purposes only. You shall not:

• Engage in malicious spamming, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or any other activities that could harm or disrupt the Service.

Chessodoro retains full ownership of the Service and its content. By creating a training plan or contributing any content to Chessodoro, you grant Chessodoro a non-exclusive license to use your content for the purpose of providing services. Your content will not be sold without your explicit consent.

5. User-Generated Content

You may create and share your own chess training plans on the platform. You retain ownership of your content, but by sharing it on Chessodoro, you grant Chessodoro a license to use it for the purpose of providing services.

Users are prohibited from uploading content that contains hate speech, illegal materials, or violates the rights of others.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Chessodoro available at all times. However, we may need to perform maintenance or update the platform. In such cases, we will notify you in advance about any scheduled downtime.

7. Account Deletion

You can request to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account and associated data within a week.

8. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Engagement in fraudulent activity or spamming.
• Any other reason that we deem necessary to protect the integrity of Chessodoro.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

Chessodoro provides no guarantees regarding success in chess improvement. While we offer tools to help you track your training, success depends on the effort and dedication you invest.

You understand and agree that Chessodoro is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of data or disruption of service.

10. Analytics and Data Collection

We may use third-party analytics tools, like Google Analytics, to help improve the Service. These tools may collect certain data on user behavior to understand patterns and enhance your experience.
