By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Services and Delivery

Upon subscribing, you will receive:

• A personalized chess training plan. And a new one created every 12 weeks.
• Weekly personal game analysis.
• Weekly simul games against a chess coach.
• Analysis and feedback based on your submitted games and goals.
• Access to progress tracking and limited coach clarifications.

Delivery is typically made via your Chessodoro account and email within a reasonable time after you submit the required information.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments are billed on a subscription basis. You will be charged automatically according to the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• Pricing is clearly displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you’re not satisfied, simply contact us within 14 days of your initial payment.
• Due to the personalized nature of our service, refunds requested after the 14-day window may not be eligible.
